Attorney Robert Speer is a criminal defense and personal injury lawyer practicing in the metro Atlanta area. Mr. Speer has earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Georgia State University College of Law in 1988. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1989.
